Launch Marketing Strategy and Support

Abbott Hospitality

Bel Air Social set out to create more than just a food hall in St. Louis’ Central West End—it was envisioned as a place where people could gather, connect, and feel welcome. To bring that vision to life, Abbott Hospitality asked for my support to develop a launch strategy that would establish the brand from day one.

The process began with a discovery session in the neighborhood—talking with locals, auditing nearby businesses, and identifying gaps and opportunities in the market. Together we found that while the area was bustling with food and beverage options, it lacked a true gathering space where students, professionals, and travelers could come together. This insight guided the development of a detailed plan covering social and PR strategies, influencer partnerships, content guidelines, website and SEO recommendations, event concepts, and advertising approaches, all designed to build awareness and excitement.

Once the plan was in place, Abbott Hospitality’s in-house team received ongoing guidance and mentoring to bring the strategy to life. The result was a launch that not only introduced Bel Air Social to the community but laid the foundation for long-term growth and success.

Marketing and Partnerships Strategy

Coachella Valley Scorpions

The Coachella Valley Scorpions, a team in the newly formed National Pickleball League, needed to establish a strong foundation in a rapidly growing sport. With the league still in its early stages, the team recognized the importance of strengthening existing partnerships and building new ones to ensure long-term stability. They asked for my support to create a strategy that would set them up for sustainable growth.

Together, we worked on defining the Scorpions’ positioning and articulating a clear vision for the future of the team. This included developing programming that increased the value of their brand for fans, partners, and the wider pickleball community. With a thoughtful plan in place and the right partners alongside them, the team is equipped to grow steadily and build lasting impact.

The outcome was not only multiple new and renewed partnerships but also a long-term plan that sets the Scorpions up to be a leader in the National Pickleball League and the pickleball industry as a whole.

Veterinary Clinic • Leawood, KS
Marketing Strategy and Community Partnerships

GoodVets

The mission behind GoodVets is to set out to make every veterinary visit a better experience from start to finish. When they opened a new location in Leawood, Kansas, they asked for my support to gain momentum and build a strong local client base.

We worked together to identify opportunities for meaningful community partnerships, including collaborations with local schools and PTAs to increase brand visibility. Community events gave the GoodVets staff a chance to meet residents directly, share their approach to veterinary care, and build rapport with potential clients. At the same time, partnerships with local content creators helped document the exceptional experience at GoodVets and extend awareness throughout the area.

The result was a growing book of business and a strong presence in the Leawood community. With these foundations in place, GoodVets is positioned to continue expanding its reach while providing the high-quality care and compassionate service that sets them apart.

Aramark Sports + Entertainment

Aramark Sports + Entertainment manages food, beverage, and retail operations at stadiums around the world. They asked for support at Arrowhead Stadium, Kauffman Stadium, and Soldier Field to develop a strategy that would highlight their unique food and beverage offerings, as well as stadium-exclusive apparel and fan merchandise.

Together, we created a streamlined system to share content across dedicated social media accounts and email campaigns to grow awareness and engagement. We also curated local partnerships with hospitality businesses, bringing in featured pop-ups that connected the stadium experience with the surrounding community.

The result was stronger visibility for Aramark’s offerings and a more efficient way to showcase the best of what each venue has to offer.
